Carpinteria City Hall

As construction manager for the Carpinteria City Hall, Gregg Wilson prepared and distributed the bid packages, managed the public bid opening, and awarded contracts for the renovation of the 1959 Mid Century Modern City Hall structure.

The scope of work involved completely dismantling the interiors, upgrading all systems and interior finishes, interior demountable partitions, landscape, and site development work. Gregg managed to interface with the insurance adjusters, City Staff teams, and all consultants on the owner’s behalf for an integrated project delivery system.
